Factors affecting the effect of exhaust gas purification equipment

Purchase and install exhaust gas purification equipment, customers are most concerned about is the effect of waste gas purification equipment, to no effect, then the equipment will be furnished, completely useless, a waste of money and time, causing serious economic losses, today hoffen exhaust gas purification tower to introduce factors affecting the effect of exhaust gas purification equipment so, whether it is encountered such a situation or in the purchase can with the related knowledge to solve the problem.

In order to find out the main factors that affect the capacity of exhaust gas purification equipment, the tower head is opened and its internal structure is observed when the tower is changed. Combined with the daily operation experience, Hongfeng waste gas purification tower finds the following main problems.

1, gas entrained liquid droplets in the air when the machine is running, the water spray nozzle injection part by air entrainment upstream, because no demisting device equipment in the original design, the AN containing droplets after vaporization, is directly discharged into the atmosphere, causing high exhaust AN.

2. The effect of nozzle distribution is poor. The nozzle spray range in packing dirty side, while part of the spray water along the tower wall, actually did not play the part of filler absorption capacity, reduce the absorption efficiency of exhaust gas purifying device.

3, the liquid acrylonitrile content high the tower of fresh water supplement by process conditions, can not continue to improve (recovery tank can only deal with waste water of 4 ~ 5m3/hr), the top liquid phase high content of acrylonitrile (12200ppm), the whole tower absorption driving force decreased, such as continued to improve the added amount of water, only will some AN containing sewage straight row, which impact on the downstream sewage; while higher added under water, exhaust gas purification equipment level is also difficult to control.

4, the circulation of the top of the tower is small. The liquid flow rate and the wetting condition of the filler are not ideal because the solubility of AN in water is not very high (7.35%, 25 C). During the absorption process, the mass transfer resistance is mainly concentrated in the liquid phase. Therefore, under the original operation conditions, the liquid flow rate and the wetting condition of the packing tower limit the increase of the mass transfer coefficient in the packed column.
