The waste gas from the exhaust gas inlet bottom of the tower body purification tower along the tangential entry, powered by fan, quickly filled with inlet space, then evenly through all flow up to the first grade filler absorption section. On the surface of packing, the gas phase (acidic or alkaline) alkaline material and liquid phase (or acid) of chemical reactions, the reaction material (mostly soluble acid (alkali) class) with the absorption liquid flows into the lower reservoir. Hongfeng waste gas purification tower indicates that the incompletely absorbed acid (or alkaline) gas continues to rise and enters the first stage spray section. In the spray section in the absorption liquid from the nozzle ejected uniformly, the formation of tiny droplets, and mixed gas full contact, continue to react, then acid (alkaline) gas up to two grade packing section, spray section and the first stage similar absorption process.
